Our History
FOLK SERVICES SRL (Folkpy) is a company specializing in Human Resources Solutions, founded in August 2018 with the objective of providing micro, small and medium-sized enterprises with professional, efficient management aligned with the growing demands of formalization and labor compliance.
The company was born from the shared vision of its founders, Alicia Arréllaga and Fiorella Ardissone, who met during their university studies and decided to combine their experience, knowledge, and entrepreneurial spirit to develop a service that would address a specific market need. From its inception, FOLK SERVICES was conceived as a strategic partner for companies, supporting them in the comprehensive management of their human resources.
Currently, Alicia leads the business operation, ensuring the correct execution of processes and the quality of service, while Fiorella is in charge of strategy and development, driving the evolution of the company, the incorporation of technology and the continuous improvement of services.
Through payroll and labor management solutions, FOLK SERVICES enables its clients to optimize costs, reduce risks, and have access to reliable and up-to-date information, so they can focus on the sustainable growth of their businesses.
Our way of working
At FOLK SERVICES we work with a structured and approachable methodology, designed to adapt to the reality of each company.
We begin each service with a comprehensive assessment of the current situation, allowing us to understand the organization's processes, needs, and level of compliance. Based on this assessment, we assign an account executive who provides ongoing support to the company and acts as a direct point of contact.
We work closely and in coordination with our clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring the proper implementation of Human Resources processes. We deliver clear and regular reports that facilitate payroll control, decision-making, and monitoring.
In addition, we provide permanent access to staff information through our technological platform, guaranteeing up-to-date, reliable data available at all times.
