Personnel administration
We begin the service by assessing the company's current situation and presenting an action plan outlining the tasks to be carried out. Next, we provide training to the business owners or managers on labor legislation. Finally, we implement the action plan and all necessary forms, such as personnel files, employment contracts, payroll, social security (IPS) and labor relations (MTESS) forms, vacation records, and more. All of the client's personnel information is stored in our own EMU HR software, specifically designed for this purpose.
